Rust!!!!!!

HELP!!!

I just discovered that the area in my truck bed right by the tailgate
is starting to rust through..... any suggestions?? The area in question looks like it is one piece. Is there a replacement for such a thing?

My truck is a 1975 F 100 Custom

yes wire brush and put some good paint on it rust inhibiter best. if its beyond that cut n weld or check sponsors for bed parts lmc has all bed parts but not same factory qaulity

well they do make ever panel for the bed but if its small just make a patch and weld it in
