rims?

I have a chance to purchase a set of aluminum wheels that came off a 2001 dodge truck. will these rims fit on my 2000 f350? i do not know what kind of rims they are. The guy i work for has them. would it just be easier to bolt one up and see if the bolt pattern is right?

Different pattern, I believe.

Years ago, the Big Three's eight-lug wheels were pretty interchangeable, but since the advent of metric measurements, things aren't the same.

they will NOT fit. dodge pattern is a 8x6.5inch and your 2000 ford f350 is 8x170mm. dont waste your money.

the guy only wants $500 for almost new rims and 285-75-16 interco trxus m/t that are almost brand new. ok so they will not fit my 2000 cuz its metric but would they fit an older standerd ford?

They can go on a chevy I believe they have the same patterns. You can get tires and pout them on your truck.

all 8-lug dodges, all 8-lug chevys/gmcs and any 8-lug ford prior to 1998 will have the 8x6.5" bolt pattern. ALL 1999-present 8-lug Ford's have the 8x170mm bolt pattern. Those wheels will not work
