I am pretty much in agreement with TJ. I am a long ways from a PS diesel expert but 5 minutes into watching the first video I had seen enough male cow droppings to hit the back button on the my tool bar and have never been back. He may indeed have some good info but who would trust it? My reasoning being if a person reads things he knows to be non-factual why would he trust same source for his further education?

The true shall set you free well here it is!

I believe that I know who has sent this message B.H. of pshelp. I'm so glad that I finally can let the forum know what a shyster you are. Hopefully the members can pass this information along to others. I was going on a trip to Alaska and wanted to make my 2004 F250 diesel bulletproof. I found your site and decided to have you do the work for me. You guaranteed the work for one year. Well the workmanship didn't last 3 months. Firstly I never received an invoice from you as you never gave me one because it was a gentleman's agreement. That is a hand shake and verbal agreement to guarantee workmanship for one year. I trusted you to stand by your work. Big mistake no gentleman there. Secondly if you had any idea of ford parts you would have been able to realize that the invoice from Hansen Ford part number 3c3z 6a642 ca is a rebuild kit, not a replacement oil cooler as you indicated. The master mechanic at Hansen Ford was smart enough or maybe concerned enough to let me know that the oil cooler should be rebuilt not replaced as a preventative measure. Thirdly I was not pulling a large camper it was a truck camper which was in the pictures I sent you. Along with pictures of the blown head gaskets which the master mechanic indicated in his first diagnostic report was the cause of my problem of antifreeze blowing out the reservoir. As far as refunding some of my money. You refunded $820 dollars from the $4000 I paid you, and only after I sent back the ARP studs and SCT tuner. So really you aren't out a dime as you will probably sell them to the next victim. Oh by the way you still have my head gaskets. I guess that makes you in receipt of my property. I would not have gone this route to expose you if the letter you sent me indicating that you were offended and irritated that you weren't given a voice or opinion in the repairs that were needed on my truck. Maybe you should have contacted Hansen ford and talked to the master mechanic there to verify that the repairs were needed as I sent his business card along with the other information to you so that he could verify my claim. The end result is that you aren't out a dime and I'm out $3,180 dollars. I hope you can justify this every time you look into a mirror. I stand by my assessment of you and if one person can save their money, I have accomplished what I started out to do. Warning beware of powerstrokehelp.

Well folks here is the truth and I can supply evidence

AND when your cooler failed you pushed the the truck with the large camper in tow. The head gaskets didn't stand a chance. I DID return your phone calls when you actually called after the fact and I DID refund some of your money. If any one is a bad guy it is Hansen Ford for charging you $6172 and not even reinstalling your ARP studs. I shake my head in disbelief.
