SCT livewire 9600

Hey guys I have a chance to get a SCT livewire 9600 at a good price......the guy that has it says it will work in my 96 7.3 but I can't find any info as to it working on my 1996.........anyone here know if it will?

I don't believe it work on the OBS. I check about 3 places that sell it and none of them the early PSD as an application
