It's impossible for us to help you unless you tell us what vehicle and engine you're working on, and which wiring harness you mean. We're not mind readers. If you're really dead in the water, I'd suggest picking up a Chilton's, Ford shop manual, or browsing the wiring diagrams on Autozone's website.
didnt know about the one on the autozome site and sorry i thought i mentioned it its an 1985 ford f150 with an efi 302 i need to hook up all the wires comming from the firewall
Wow this looks familiar!
Basically everything will fall into place as you bolt everything back on man, just start with that.
Every wire usually only can go/reach one place.
Look at the empty connection that needs a wire, then look in close proximity to it and find that connector. It's not too hard but can look overwhelming.
OH and make dang sure you use hi-tack on both water pump gaskets and the thermostat housing!
Something also doesn't look quite right with that water pump gasket as I see it.
Do you know the plug wire order?
Obviously the vacuum lines plug into the upper intake.
And thanks for helping me find the reason it ran like crap today!
Check this out, see the problem?
Yep, my dumb @ss was tightening the headers and forgot to plug a plug wire back in haha. That sucks!
