1980's Ford Cab wanted!
Hi all,
I need a regular cab for 86 F-150. Mines getting pretty ratty looking. (Thank you road commision!) Might be able to repair mine but I think its more work than what its worth. I'm located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I realize this may be like trying to find the proverbial "needle in a haystack", but if anyone has a cab or ideas on where to get one it would be greatly appreciated.

Jump in your pickup & head to CA. They are plentifull here at the dismantlers (used to be called junk yards)and are mostly rust free. Usually the fenders, hoods, interiors, and drive trains are picked over the first day in the lot... cabs & beds remain in the yards a little longer. I'm sure there are other States closer to you claiming the same fame! My 1980 F350 cab is rusted, but the truck spent a lot of time on the coast before I bought it, soaking up that great ocean salt spray 
I might repair a few spots... but not many, just the ones that let the rain water inside the cab
