The 4.2s are a pretty smooth running motor Shawn. I have not had any real problems with mine other than it going through 2 alternators. I have the superchips cortex tuner installed right now and it gives me around 20 hp and 15 lb-ft of tourque.

hehe ive got plans for a 460 in the future for something... like to drop one in a 95 GT.. but dunno when ill get around to doing that... its going to be a MPFI 460 i hope... ive seen what they can do NA.. but wondering what theyll do FI... course stroking it to a 514 would be fun too hehe... built right the 514's could do 575 hp NA.. 460 would output around 525 hp 550 tq when built right...
