We just had to replace the fan motor on the outside condenser. the year before we had the capacitor go up for the smae fan motor. Other than those two things it has worked flawlessy.

If I did that with a PC I wouldn't be in business long..

They do get desperate when there data is inside the broken pc and they haven't backed up..

Then you got them by the short and curlies..

The fan motor and cap are normal for that age, I would wait for the compressor to die, but that's me!!

It works nicely but it doesnt hurt to plan ahead for a replacement.

I never had to rip people off, I tried I think like you too treat people right and I had all the business I could take. Your 's will pick back up, you are in the right business.

That is what I have been hoping for.. If I can hold out a bit longer the economy may improve..

Although work may pick up if that virus hits tomorrow like they have been saying..

I think so... It has all the same feel as Y2K...

Not to mention all the security companies trying to get you to buy their full security suite to protect yourself..

If you keep your computer, antivirus, spyware, and Firewall updated you should be fine..

That's my point.. If I was a hacker trying to mastermind a super virus to take over the world I wouldn't pick a date 3 years in advance..

This supposed virus was first reported in 2007..

I think it's more of a marketing plan than anything..
