You might try Legendary Auto Interiors 1-800-363-8804 but I think they are more for the classic auto side. Have you tried LMC?

I actually found mine on Ebay. It was removed from a brand new 95 to install leather for a Mark III or similar conversion. So it was in the box the leather came in all this time. You might keep an eye peeled on ebay for a while and see if it pops up.
