Can't post Pix

I see the moderators have closed the issue with the gallery. Did it change something about the way we have to post pictures now? I can't post...all that shows up in my attempt is "ERROR NOT FOUND".

I asked too, got an email that said you need to be a FTE club member to post.

This is what I was e-mailed;

Hey guys/gals,

We upgraded the sites backend software, and it appears to have caused a couple of issues with the photo galleries.
Bear with us while we fix it, and apologizes for the inconvenience!

Update 2/27/09, has been fixed

Fix didn't fix it!

I feel like I'm dealing with the cable company. They give you something long enough to get you hooked and then one day tell you if you want to keep it, you'll have to pay. Over 1,000 posts and I can no longer post pix.

Here are the new rules:

Club FTE is a premium membership level of Ford Truck Enthusiasts. The Ford Truck Enthusiasts web site and its features is free to use and enjoy. Premium memberships help defray the costs of operating and maintaining the site.

Club FTE offers Ford truck, van and SUV owners an opportunity to benefit with expanded features on the Ford Truck Enthusiasts web site. Club FTE offers significant benefits for its users at a value price:

Access to a members only section of the forums. Discussions of a more mature manner will be allowed here because it cannot be viewed by the public.
Storage for up to 250 private messages.
Send private messages to up to 5 users at a time, instead of the current 1 user limit.
No banner and tower graphic ads in the forums and image galleries.
Image uploads/attachments directly into your posts, up to 20 megabytes per Club FTE member.
Supporter graphic next to your user name in each of your posts.
Viewable on the member list as a supporter.
Custom Profile picture.
Larger album sizes and more albums in the galleries.
Displayed signature in posts.
Access to search services during higher system loads.
Instant-on of all Club FTE privileges.
Automated renewal notification and turning off of privileges for expiring accounts.
Club FTE members will have priority support for any web site problems they are experiencing, suggestions, etc.
Highlight, Bold and Italic ad headings in our Classifieds system.
FTE T-shirt with 3-year signup.
As always, joining Club FTE is optional --- the web site is still free.

Just testing to see if I can post pics:

Here's another try using a different way:

Well it didn't work the usual way but you can still do it by finding your pic and copying the URL address, then in your post just add after the URL address.

Kind of a pain in the B but it does work!!!

You do not have to be a supporter to upload pics to your gallery and post them in the forums - nothing has changed.

There's probably still some problems that have yet to be fixed.

I hate the cable company......

I have the [/img] before and after my URL. I even went back and looked at all my past posts that I had pictures in and they have been removed.

I'll try one of your pics:

It works!, make sure that you use with a slash after your pic.

I have been getting the same thing when I search, just random posts that have nothing to do with my search!

Thanks for trying to help really, but I am using the after. In fact the way I've always done it puts them there for you automatically. The real confusing thing is, all of my past post with pictures have been removed as well.

The search function doesn't work for my anymore either...just random results. Looks like the new software is crapping out.
