CCV mod question on Guzzles page..

CCV mod question on Guzzles page..
Guzzle indicates to use a 1/4 piece of aluminium strap on the 4 in. piece of exhaust pipe on the intake.
What is it for and where does it attach or go to?

It's to hold the pipe to the black bracket that is on the V/C. I can't get the FTE gallery to come up or I'd post a picture of where that is at. Personally, I didn't use the clamp but I have the AIS intake so the end of the filter housing is supported by the AIS unit. I also have a write up a while back on my CCV mod but again, our picture gallery is on the fritz.
