no dash or running lights?
just picked up my 2000 F350 got home and found out I have no dash lights or running lights.I checked all the fuses and all are good but one if I put the fuse in the dome light will not turn off and the door ajar light is always on dang I am lost can any one help me any of this thanks. Chris, There was a post on here the other day with the same symptoms relating back to the door lock switch/motor. The search function on FTE seems to be inop right now so I couldn't find it again. Maybe someone who remembers the outcome will chime in.

Liberally spray WD40 in the door latches and work them a few times - common problem - the door switch is built into the latch and this will loosen it up. There are quite a few threads about this but I can't seem to find any right now!
I'm not sure if this will fix the running light problem or not, but it should fix the door ajar problem.
