Other ways to check...
for a bent wheel
1 corner at a time, jack the axle so you can spin the tire.
Place a milk crate next to the rim, with a pointer (screwdriver, threaded rod, length of brake line, etc.) about 1/32" from the rim.
Spin the tire slowly and watch the gap.
driveshaft vibration
Can you remove the shaft without loosing t-case fluid? Can't remember, and it's raining here so I'm not going to look
If you can, drive in FWD, without the rear shaft. If the vibration is still there you'll know what's NOT causing it.
