3X2 Intake ?

3X2 Intake ?
I am considdering putting on a tripple duce on my 292. Edelbrock intake with three Stromberg carbs...anyone have any input on this set up

The 292 engine needs 455cfm at 6500 rpm, the three carbs flow 450 cfm. If all of my numbers are correct it should be fine. Just looking to see if anyone has their own experience with a 3X2 set up/

You are assuming you have 85% VE, correct.
You have a stout street cam, headers, and big valve heads.
You can run a 3x2. Ive no experience. I like a mild engine in a truck. Sorry for comin off harsh.

Yeah, real nice. Great pic. And Y-blockhead, did you make the hold downs for the manifold, maybe flat steel chromed?
