Check the wiring harness for the injectors on both the inside and outside of the valve covers

If it cranks watch the tach to see if it moves, if not replace the CPS

My truck was only running on four cylinders awhile back. Turned out to be the wiring to the injectors.

Yep you either have an injector wiring issue or the IDM is bad.

CPS is the cam position sensor it is cheap and easy to change about $25 at autozone or napa. IDM is the Injector Drive Module it take the info from the Engine Control Moniter (computer) and tells the injectors when to fire. Expensive from dealer but you can usually find one on ebay for a couple hundred dollars. It is located on the drivers side inner fender, you may just unplug it 5/16" socket check pins and plug it back in. Hope this helps.
