wipers

i have '96 f-150 eddie bauer that wipers have just stopped working on. i've replaced the fuse under the dash, and replaced the switch on the steering column. the washer fluid won't squirt either which leads me to believe that it's a fuse. its there another one in the black box under the hood? if so, which one as i don't have an owners manual. i have checked the fuses and they all appear to be good. could it possible be a relay?? this is really bugging me. please help!!

It could be the Wiper Control Module (located behind the glovebox). It is a solid state device that controls the wipers and washer pump. It is expensive @ $160 dealer retail.

Check with FTE PartsGuy rather than trying to buy it retail.

Since you replaced the column switch, I'd also say it's the WCM.
