programmer issues

I purchased a granatelli fuego programmer and it worked great for awhile. i recently tried to use it and it said "stock corrupt" contact granatelli...

I contacted them and they said that they are not sure what is going on and to take it back to where I purchased it from. when I did they told me that it is not returnable or exchangeable.

i took it upon myself to remove the cover to reveal an SD card!

Is there a download i can put on this SD card to reset the programmer and make it functional again????

You are most likely to need a re-flash to stock by the dealer. Your stock program has been f^@&ed-up and is gone. Now that you have opened it you have lost all warranty from the manufacturer. There is nothing the programmer manufacturer can do.

No! The data for the stock settings in the programmer has been corrupted. You no longer have access to the data to reprogram the truck back to stock. You will need the dealer to flash the truck with a stock program. Then send the programmer to Granatelli and ask what they can do to refund your money for both the programmer and for the dealer service charges. For your next programmer get a 5star Tuning unit.

Yes and no. Granatelli has all of the stock calibrations, I used to have access to Sniper's and Superchips calibrations. They need the stock calibrations to make the new files. The trick will be contacting granatelli and getting them to send you the calibration you need and then uploading to the SD card. Providing it's stored in the same file type, you could be able to loaded the downloaded calibration as if it never corrupted.
