will engine components and glow plugs
will engine components and glow plugs cross with 6.9 and 7.3. I have a 93 f-250 7.3 and dropped a valve split a piston and I found a 6.9 until I rebuild the 7.3{costly} It doesnt have the glow plugs in it{6.9} can I use the ones out of my 7.3?

Take your entire 7.3 glowplugs system, and bolt it up to the 6.9 - I can't think of anything essential the 7.3 has that the 6.9 does not. While you're at it, transfer the fuel filter assembly from the 7.3 to the 6.9 as you really wanna have a water separator. If you have an E4OD transmission and the 6.9 does not have provision for a tachometer sender, you will have to transfer the IP gear housing from the 7.3 to the 6.9 as well.
