Expensive signature

I never thought my signature could be so expensive, just signed the papers for a new house, and refinacing our land into one big payment, wow.

Now if we do everything right, and do our own excavating and stuff, we can even have a nice 40x60 shop set up before next winter, woohoo!

Thanks everyone, im super pumped about it. Im actually mroe excited about getting a shop set up though!

Ryan, are you a trailer park boys fan? They are coming to saskatoon pretty soon, and Im gonna try and get tickets.

This will be my fourth house, but the first brand spanking new one! Somehow Im sure Sherm is right, and the headaches will be plenty with a new place!
