Congrats Sheldon. Don't worry, everything will work out in the end. There will always be little things, even with a new house. As long as the contractor is good, there will be no headaches. It's not the things that go wrong, it's how well the contractor looks after it to get it fixed!
So when's the house warming?????

Thats great Sheldon Glad to hear you are getting a decent roof over your head. Just park the trailer on a section of your land and sell that little peice of property aferwards to pay for your house and shop.
