If it is like an SD, it is located on a white sticker on the keyless entry module behind the dash and is a PITA to get to. I found mine below the radio where the firewall meets the tranny tunnel; behind some white fluffy insulating material. I found it with the assistance of some previous threads that had pics of the location. It was a PITA to find, but my dealer wanted 75.00 to look up the code...screw that!
