running light problems

The shop that has the truck now thinks that he may have unplugged the security modual. Does anyone have any idea if that would keep the truck from turning over after it was hooked back up.

The new shop thinks he may have unplugged the security modual. do you think if it was done that would keep the truck from turning over. they think he did not follow procedure when he connected the wiring back up. i have no idea about this security modual i did not know these trucks had such a thing

an update on the truck. I get it back today the repair shop had to replace the fuse panel and the ecm at a cost of 661.00. does anyone feel that the ecm problem was caused by the first repair shop ?
