basement rubber
anyone tried basment rubber as a undercoat or bed liner. I used to waterproof basements and pick the stuff up at the contractor store. you have to roll it on, about 50-75 bucks for 5 gallons, goes pretty far, pretty thick, i've seen it stop water filling in a hole next to a wall we just put it on seconds before- without any setup time....a indusrial sand blaster has a hard time getting it off concrete walls sometimes. it's mean stuff and takes gasoline to get off your skin.
i don't know how it will bond to steel though....
wondered if anyone had thought of this?
