axle/u joint question?

just had a question, on the best way to get the front right axle out? i feel like i have to remove the whole knuckle but i wanted to make sure thats the right way to do it.

All you need to do is tear it down to the knuckle (remove rotor, bearins, spindle) and pull the axle through the knuckle.

alright, i was looking at it wasent sure if it would slide out through the knuckle ill play with it tomorrow

btw its an 87 f150 if that matters
