Good dealer experience

Took my truck in due to signs of the dreaded head gasket and related problems. I'm still under full warranty for a little while longer and the dealership took it upon itself to do plenty of things I asked about and some I did not.
Checked heads, new gaskets with my ARP studs.
Flushed cooling system, new coolant.
Flushed engine, new oil/filter.
Transmission overhaul w/new solenoids, blah blah, and an external filter.
New driver and passenger windows, tint, weatherstrip.
A few small things.

Over 5k of parts and labor.

Also, they let me know that the previous owner had a "cadillac" extended warranty that they helped me transfer.

Always great to hear these stories. Good dealers need recognition just as much as the bad ones. Thanks for posting.

Ah... Ford Country. They will be seeing my truck in a few weeks too!!! Did you deal with Wally Sky (Service Writer)? He is great! I have a few things to get fixed before my warranty is up in April. They fixed my Head Gasket issue 1 1/2 years ago along with the oil cooler. They were fast and did an excellent job.
