Engine and Trans

Finally getting my truck torn down, it is a 54 F100, anyways...the engine is the straight 6 from a 57 is what my grandfather told me, it needs a rebuild, and a couple connectors were eaten from the coolant. it has a 3 speed hooked to it. I also have the 3 on the tree column, as well as many other parts. I need to find a home for these ASAP. I am in Las Vegas, any reasonable offers will be accepted, I just do not want to throw this stuff away in a junkyard or something. If you need a part feel free to contact me to see if I have it, look forward to your replies.

George

just in the last 2 pages or so, one was looking for a 223 or 215 I6 (I forget which), and a 3 sp. column shifter

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...3-54-55-a.html here's one, but he/she hasn't posted their location.

48-52 cabs are same then 53-55 are the same but 52 and 54 will NOT interchange with each other.

thanks for your post.

i'm actually looking for a (holley) carb, not a cab. the correct one would have a glass bowl, but a later carb with the cast bowl is just fine.

It does have the carb, probably needs a rebuild. If I cannot find a home for the motor I will pull off manifold, exhaust manifold, carb, and a couple other parts, and end up junking the rest as I do not have room for it.
