I am really really excited to see what I am gonna break on the car when I really push this new motor, I see transmission and rearend not lasting too long
I am going to need a nice C6, anyone happen to have one kicking around
I just really hope I can get this all together for this summer, and deffinitly going to be bringing this up to saskatoon
I pretty sure I have a truck 460 C6 laying around, I`d have to check and see once the snow is gone. Would that be soon enough?
Oh yeah, forsure that is soon enough!
This car is gonna end up being half your Morris, I'll have to work out some sort of shared custody of it with you, maybe i'll just leave it with your for a week or two this summer
I`d really love that but it wouldn`t be fair to you since you have the many mega bucks in it. My few little bits of used stuff doesn`t mean squat in the end.
I still owe you some rides in the 68 convertible this summer though.
I have one from my old 390, truck tranny its in a shed and worked last time I used it. even though youd prob still tear through it but its yours if you want it.
I have one in a 77f150, but Im not sure if I will be using that or not yet. If one from a 390 fits onto a 460, I also have one of those, sitting on my dads shop floor in nipawin.
In my 77 it has a 460 with a c6. The tranny sitting on the floor was from a 76 f150 with a 360 in it (same bellhousing as a 390 I believe, correct me if I am wrong!) My dad bought his 76 f150 brand new with an auto, and swapped the auto out for a four speed a couple of years later.
Speaking of the 351m I also have a c6 from an 81 ford f250 just sitting around too.
