Motor Build up
How far should I build up my motor for stage 2s since its gonna bo on a stand this week?
So far I have a adrenile HPOP coming gonna put head studs and turbo.
Still deciding on what turbo to go with. My mechanic said Rons turbo from ebay has like a $600 turbo for modified 7.3s
At what point should I worry about heavier push rods and valve springs?

At what point should I worry about heavier push rods and valve springs?
On the turbo I don't believe Ron builds any modified turbo's other than The Banks wheel (stock for the OBS) and different exhuast housings that you would want no part of with stage 2's. Your only good options are stock turbo (won't last long if you hammer on it), D66, GTP38R with SD swap, or H2E.

If I had my motor out I would want to make sure it didn't have to come out again. That being said I would do the studs, chromoly pushrods(WOP has them), valve springs, high temperature exhaust valves(WOP), and I want the heads fire ringed.

what exactly do fire rings do? could i do the valves and valve springs and do the push rods later cause im already looking at alot more money they i have to drop on the truck. Madvan whats the reasoning in droping compression?
