thinking about regearing my 06 f250 4x4. Its lifted with 35's and has the stock 3.73. Any suggestions, i was thinking 4.11 or 4.56. there are no performance mods right now but a programer in the future

Honestly, get a SCT tuner and you'll probably change your mind about doing gears. I had an SCT and then changed from 3.73s to 4.30s with a TrueTrac running 35s. Low end is a little better, not much, and my highway mileage went down 0.5-1 mpg running 65mph. With 35s I think 4.10s are optimal, but its too small a change from 3.73s to be worth it. From 3.73s to 4.30s I didn't notice as much low end gain as I was expecting. I kinda wish I had left the 3.73s in there and just installed a TrueTrac, but I'll go with 37s next and that should fix things 
Also, I did the change myself, not a fun job and required a lot of research. If I had been paying for labor, I would not have done the swap, not worth it unless you are running 37s or larger.
