I have an 85 F150 8ft bed I wanted to know if I can fit some 35 x 12.5 x 15LT tires on the back. They are in almost brand new shape and I can get them for $50 total. Can I run them on the back of my truck?
I had 31X10.50's on my 80, and it was 4x4, and when I loaded the bed, they just cleared the bedside at the wheel opening, and that was with 8 inch wide rims. I don't see how 35's are going to fit, unless you jacked up the rear, and didn't put anything in the bed of the truck.
Ok, well I plan on putting 1ton overload leaf springs in the back if that will make any difference. I appreciate your input Franklin, you have always helped me alot. Also I do have the 87-96 bedstyle if that makes a difference.
Yeah I have a set of like 31X10.5X15 that are almost brand new that I plan on running them in the front if I get these other tires if not I'll run them in the back or whatever.
