Spark Plug Wires

Can anyone recomend a good set of "Resistor" type spark plug wires for my 215 inline 6 (6 volt). I want the wires to be of very good quality and all black in color. The boots at the plugs come straight out ,is this a 180 degree boot? Ya know your gettin old when the only spark plug wires you can find are blue or red in color. Thanks, John

Go to any regular parts house (NAPA, etc.) and you can usually get a universal plug wire set with straight boots or 90 degree boots in black 7 mm. You'll have to cut to length each of the wires but it is likely the only way you can get what you want.

I got my set (312 cu) from AutoZone. They came in black. They fit perfect. You may want to try them. I was surprised that they even had it in stock. Who'ed thunk it!

It's worth the extra $$ to buy a quality set of crimping pliers.

According to one aftermarket catalog a set of wires for any Ford inline 6 cylinder up to 1974 should fit. That should help expand your "will fit" possibilities.
