400watts divided by 12 volts = 33.33 amps. I believe the largest circuit on the upfitter is 30 amps. You will have to use the two 30 amp upfitter switches, or use one and add tap into a power source with a fuse, add another relay, and use the one upfitter to trigger the upfitter relay and the added relay.

ok,bear with me,im not an electrician. so i can add an inline fuse-then a 30 amp relay-then run the wire under the dash for the upfitter switch for one set of lights but splice into the same wire for triggering the relay for the other set of lights.

The wire going into the fuse box is the one pre-wired to the relay and switch that comes with the upfitter option. If you look in the link above, it tells you the location, the color, and which switch goes to which wire.

So just hook one upfitter circuit to two lights in the rear. That will get two of them working. Then add the extra relay and the other set of lights, and use the wire you just used for the first set of lights to trigger the added relay.
