I would suggest changing the oil to be sure there are no impurities left in there eating at it. Probably best to fill the tank. D/C the batteries and if available put them on a trickle charger. Other then that it should be fine.
Since you are in Alaska I would run the tank as low as you can and double or triple dose what is left with anti-gell additive. With the plastic tank you won't have rust or codensation problems there.

dito, i would definately put on a battey tender, they are absolutely worth the cost kind of like preventive maintenance.
