Another blinker question

Mine also had the clicking noise but never investgated it further. Actually sold the truck to my mom and it's still sitting at her house waiting for her to buy the switch for me to put it in. You can tell how high on the prioty list it is. Been working on my mustang in the free time.

I replaced the multifunction switch on my 2k XLT and blinker and brake lights worked again. Make sure the wiring connectors that plug into the new multifunction switch are seated well on the new switch. Mine were loose and I still didn't have LH blinkers until I reseated the connections. Now all works fine.
