Would it be possible???
I have a 80 F250 4by4 302 reg cab pickup in perfect condition but I never use it. I think my 2by4 PSD has served me well pulling my 5er around and as always a guy doesn't need four wheel drive 99% of the time. But, I think you guys know where I'm going with this, can the 4by4 stuff be put on my PSD? Or, would I be better off going to a junk yard to convert to 4by4? Or should I just buy a 4by4 PSD? Or, should I take a time machine back in time four years ago and buy the 4by4 in the first place so I would not have to ask this question?

Like BMX said the front axle is less desirable but you could put it on the 2x4. The t-case is fine. But you will have to get a different transmission or get the correct tail housing and output shaft and have your 2x4 trans torn down to have the shaft installed.
