what is the best way to make my 7.3 sound louder, and better? please help!!!!

welcome to FTE. Make it louder by cutting off the cat and muffler and replace it with straight pipe. If you have some $ to spend then get a 4 inch or bigger exhaust with downpipe and no muffler.

PS: I saw your other thread. Patience is sometimes needed. You will get answer to your questions but it may take an hour or more.
