OBD2 code reader

I am in the market for an OBD2 scanner, can you guys give me some advise on which one seems to be the most reliable. I have read some give improper codes. Thanks in advance.

Bowser Electronics - Buy It Now this one adapts your laptop to be used as a scanner with alot of attributes. I am very interested in it The price is not bad either. I am waiting for feed back on it, but I am sure there are many more like it. Just a thought!

This is the one that I had ordered: ScanTool PC-based

I don't know much about the one that was already listed, but they run roughly the same price and I know far more people that have used the one that I had gotten so I went with that one.
