Abs light flashing

Howdy folks, i have a few questions about my 94 f-150. The other day a friend and I went fishing out on the lake, and to get out on the lake there was a quite a pile of snow to push through. Now everything was operating fine when i came home, but the next morning when i started the truck i realised that my Abs light flashes 7 or 8 times, then goes solid for a second, then again flashes 7 or 8 times. This cycle just continues all the time when i am driving. My guess is just a loose wire or something not making good contact or completely disconnected. Any suggestions would be great, also after this whole ABS light episode, i noticed that I can't take my shifter out of the park position when the key is in the run position, only in the off position, once out of park i can go through all the gears fine when the truck is running, the only thing is i can't take it out of park when the truck is running... i was just wondering if this had anything to do with my ABS problem seeing as they both seemed to have happened at the same time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Do the brake lights work? It sounds like either the switch on the pedal or the brake light fuse, just as a first guess.

Umm yes, as far as i know the break lights do work, but i will double check that this afternoon. It could very well be just a wire off at the pedal, but im still stumped about my shifter problem. About a month ago, i replaced that long shaft ontop of the column which shifts through the gears from park to drive. I wouldn't think that this shaft is buggered up again, so that why i was just thinking maybe it's something simple like a wire off or something. I'm kinda stumped, i'll get in there this afternoon and start ripping it apart, then i'll know for sure what is going on in there. Again, any suggestions would be helpful

I like your thinkin hahahaha, that the only way to get something done haha jk, But i managed to fix the problem, i guess it was the # 13 fuse that runs the tail lights and ABS, so i just simply replaced that fuse and now my ABS light is not flashing as well as i can take it out of park with the truck runnning! So thank you for your advice folks. Now i can really dip in to the Coors now that my truck is fixed lol.

I'm having this same problem, but the #13 fuse blows every time I step on the brake pedal. Trailer wiring where I need to go next? I have already changed the brake switch.
