possible battery/alternator
My 2003 Ford Expedition seems to want to stall as I brake. The battery light flashes on for a couple seconds. The engine seems to idle down as if it will stall, but doesn't. Just changed spark plugs and air filter, but the problem remains. Any advise?

Welcome to FTE. What's with the user name? Visit a local parts store and ask them to do a free test of your charging system. A exceptionally low idle will cause the low output of the alternator. What engine?

sometimes it gets filled with dirt and carbon you can remove it and clean it out.it has a small motor and a valve that opens and closes letting air bypass into the TB That might help. if you can get a new gasket for it that is always a good idea. sometimes cleaning helps but if not you get a new one. they are held on by 2 bolts it is attached to the throttle body. go to rockauto.com to see what it looks like and costs. it is a good idea to clean the MAF also as maintenance
