Help with codes

I ran a diagnostic to day and get this code P1728 trans slip error- converter clutch fault. Is it the tranny or the torque converter? The truck as 119000. any help will help. thanks

It could be either. The code will only set in OD or 3rd with the TC locked so when it sets it could be the TC or clutches in the trans. How does the fluid look?
