Good Fortune
Just thought I would share my good fortune. Been looking for a comlete door for my 76 f-250 because mine had a hole in it, and the window regulator was shot. Found some around on CL for 75 bucks but thought I would hit a local salvage yard that I had never heard of before. Get there, find a nice door of a 78, get this...The door (complete) the panels in good shape (both) and an ash tray for 50 bucks! I was pretty stoked. Now I have a window that works, a blue door on my white truck haha and an ashtray (for coins haha). And I didn't have to deal with people on CL that think their stuff is made of solid gold! Now I just have to find the plastic piece that goes over the gauge cluster.

Zak, are you looking for the instrument cluster bezel? Part #3 on this diagram?

I've got two or three. All have the A/C vent in the top left corner and the silver trim is about gone, but other than that they're in good shape. If you want one, e-mail me at cbarranch AT centex.net. We'll see if we can make a deal.

Yep thats the bugger I'm looking for. I'm tryin to find one without an A/C vent and without the Auxilary tank lever on the far right side. I just need the basic one, heater controls and thats it.
