Was wondering if any of you had this size on your 2005-2007 CC ? I was hoping you might post a few photo's to see how they might look before I buy some. Thank you.

Thanks guy's,

So I am still running the stock BFG's RT 265/70R17 on my 2005 now. Will the 285's rub? Correct me if I am wrong, but they should at least fill in the holes a bit right? Look a little better, fuller.... I am looking at just trying to improve appearance without sacrificing too much else. Will a load range "D" work o.k.? And lastly, what do you think of the Michelin LTX's ? Sorry if I posted this one in the wrong forum.

I've got 285/75/17's and no probs. on a 2006 4x4. Definitely made a big difference in appearance and closed the gap. I went with the ones I have because they were the largest "E" tire I found at the time, but probably won't go much bigger in the future. "D"s should be fine if you don't tow much. I've got a TT and like to haul, that's why I went with "E"s. They should have come stock with this size imo.

What brand may I ask? R U happy with them. All I mainly tow is a 4500lb aluminum fishing boat.

Sorry, didn't get back to this post sooner. I'm running Toyo Open Country A/T and no, I'm not real pleased with them. They look ok and are quiet, but that's all I can say good about them from my experience. I don't drive hard and always rotate every 5,000 mi. with my oil changes and they have worn horribly. I tow our TT, but not a lot and that only weighs 6-7,000#. I've got about 18-20,000 mi. on em and they're just about shot. Plus I'm not too fond of their balancing. Had one that was out of round from the get go-replaced it and the replacement won't balance well either. This is on a 6.0 psd, so not sure how others are fairing, but for the price I will be going elsewhere next.
