Quick fuel pressure ?
How can i check the fuel pressure on an 01? My friend's truck drops down to 500-550 rpm after he lets off the throttle for a half second before returning to 600, and hes freaking out. Trucks got 160k miles and a superchips tuner, so I told him the fuel pump could be gettin old.

Not sure at the moment. He said its been doing it for awhile and its getting worse. Its always ran a little rough and seemed just a little off. Is this something to even worry about? It drops 50 rpm for just a half second and then recovers. Its barely noticeable

Well my hypochondriac friend has decided he wants to pull his injectors and have them tested to see what theyre opening pressure is. Would bad injectors even cause that? I know on my truck I have a 10k mod done and when i flip it on/off the rpms will drop 50 and recover after a half second, or right after i shift it drops just a hare but comes right back up. Any ideas what I could tell him to check before he goes pulling out injectors and I get stuck helpin him?
