Try typing that National parts Depot link in manually. Its not working when you click on it. Fred

I also know if u have a 91 nite and u ever bust out one of head lights or parking lights u'll have a real hard time finding a replacement one with the black border. They dont make those anymore cause it was such a limited production model. Best u could do is get one with the chrome trim and then paint it cause its either w/ or w/out chrome trim.

Some 16 yearold got to drive his daddys 2001 silverado ext. cab to school one day and decided to park it next to mine. I get out of class at the end of the day to find that he tried to pull out of the spot ( he didnt even have to back out cause he had backed in already... he just had to put it in drive and pull out) and scraped along my front left when he started to turn cause he didnt pull out far enough first.

The only thing that happend to my truck was that he cracked my parking lamp so there was a little whole in it and put a scratch on my plastic bumper molding that ive since shaved off.

Lets just say they dont makem ford tough... The chevy was dented inward from just in front of the passenger door all the way to the bed. Scrape marks about about a foot in width running all the way down the side of the truck. Every pannel on the passenger side needed repair. Daddy will think twice before he lets junior drive his chevy!

I tried not to laugh while i waited for the cops but it was just to much when the squad car pulled up cause everyone was leavin my school and wanted to know what happend. Just about everyone that pulled up and asked me drove away laughing after they saw the chevy. I felt kinda bad...... that i didnt have a camera. hehe

Well anyways when i found out later on that my corner light was one of a kind i ordered clear corners because the dont have a trim on them and got new head lights w/out trim as well so they ligned up nice. Other wise it would have looked funny having one with no trim and the others with black trim around them.

i have researched through ford and they say they dont have a number on how many nites were produced only bronco models in general, they referred me to a link to a library and they could only tell me the same thing. i was really curious because i have a 91 nite bronco and everyone is telling me it shouldn't exist.

As you probably already know, the "Nite" edition is very similiar on the EXTERIOR as the black Gen1 "Lightning".

The difference on the exterior seems to be the Lightnings' shortbed(though I have seen a shortbed Nite), sport mirrors, front spoiler, 17" wheels. Alot of the front end components (hood, fenders, and grill, tailgate) are all the same to include the color black scheme. Even the Interior looks to be the same color as a 93 Lightning.

I have a 1993 Lightning and though most of the parts are obsolete from Ford, I can still find the parts I need.

Here is my 91' Nite. As you can see it has none of the original decals on it. and as you can see it is dirty...i apologize..LOL

My truck jumped out of 1st gear last month, rolled down my drive, accross the road, thru a neighbors yard, into their living room. Needless to say I had to put a new bed and tailgaite(which they no longer make for this model) and was told they no longer made the decals. So I understand not being able to find your originals. But you know I think I actually like it better all black. I just wish the body man didnt put those pinstripes on it. When the paint cures a little longer a I going to ripp those off.

One of the guys that work with me has an immaculate 92 Nite, 4x4, 5 speed, long bed, loaded.

The other day while we were at work a lady backed into it on the drivers side front corner hard enough to pick the front tires off the ground slamming it into the curb beside it.

Since it is a limited production vehicle, what would it be worth as far as insurance companies go?

I have a feeling he is going to get the shaft on this from her insurance company.
