390 valve train timing/torque specs

390 valve train timing/torque specs
i recently was wondering why my truck keeps backfiring
through the carb
even after the timing chain change it still backfired through the carb
here is what i found once i reset the engine to TDC i noticed that the intake valve was not seated so that explains the back fire
all pushrods are new and straight
my ? is this how much or what reference do i use once i tighten down this valve train assy so i dont have open valves where they shouldnt be
