Just installed a set of new O.E.M.-type replacement mirrors on my 1990 Bronco.Installation was easy-no drilling, just unbolt the original ones, and replace with the new pair. These mirrors/brackets look factory. The only thing is I used Ford's original allen head bolts, instead of those included in each mirror kit.Installation took all of 15 minutes. You'll need a 5/32" allen head to get the 4 bolts loose(2 up top,2 close together on the bottom of mirror bracket).Once these are out, just carefully remove the whole mirror assembly. You can either re-use the gray, rubber mirror "gaskets",get new ones through a Ford dealership(or aftermarket supplier...),or use the black, plastic ones supplied in each kit.I decided to use these, although the O.E.M. gaskets are still in useable condition.I first attached the arm/bracket to the door, then added the mirror head. One side, then the other.Once both mirror assemblies were mounted on the truck,I got inside to adjust each mirror, then with a small phillip's head screwdriver, tightened a few screws underneath each mirror head. They look factory. This was a very nice upgrade. They are KoolVue mirrors, part # FD11R-L,and fit either side.I ordered them, and had them at my doorstep within a week. I was very pleased.:7

I should point out that the above mentioned part # fits 1987-1991 model years Ford F-series/Bronco.You'll have to check out their website,or a catalog, to get the part #(or #s) for '80-'86 model years, and '92-'96 model years.

Didn't the cab stay the same with maybe a minor body line adjustment from 80 well into th 90's? If the mirror I picture is the same as the one you refer to, then the part # will be the same I know from 80 to at least 91 because I know thats the same cab. Jusy thought I'd share.

Yeah, our 1986 Bronco had these mirrors, too. The company that offers them refers to the applications for 1987-1991 trucks.Ford's O.E. mirrors are listed for '80 thru '91 model years.
