Changing the springs will change the level load carrying capacity, but, not the axle's capacity, which in this case is whatever the highest rear GAWR of the same year F150 would have been.
Yes, with heavier springs, the truck won't squat as much, BUT, changing the springs does not change the tire or axle's weight capacity.
