my truck has the 4r100 trans with 3.73c rear end gearing, if i wanted more go and more top end what do i need to change with my rear gearing.

You'll get more go if you get a DP Tuner or a Tony Wildman chip.
Your gearing is pretty good as it is for Wyoming and the LOOOONNNNG stretches between towns.
If you gear it down with, say, 4.10s you'll have a ton of stump pulling power and accelloration, but get out between towns and the engine will be roaring.
