Lund 'Cold Front'

Just picked up a set of Lund's Cold Front grille inserts.I think I got a pretty good deal on them :$42.95($45.53 with tax included).I already have a set of their 'Screen Front',but I figure on using the Cold Front,or "Winter Grille"(as one friend calls it.....)during the colder months, then by mid-Spring I'll swap the others back in. Even with the Screen Front, I've noticed the heater/defroster warms up much quicker. The instuctions say to watch your vehicle's temperature gauge to make sure you don't over heat your engine, but I've never had a problem. In the Summer months, I just take out the top screen, so some outside air gets to the radiator. The part # for 'Screen Front' for '87-'91 pickups&Bronco is 28000, the part # for 'Cold Front' for the '87-'91 pickups&Bronco is 26000. I think they look better when they are painted to match your truck.Installation takes all of about five minutes.
