Glow Plugs not working

I need to check that on mine. Mine has been acting like the GP controller is on the fritz. Sometimes the WTS light stays on for about 15 seconds and it cycles the plugs like it should...sometimes it stays on for 5 seconds and they don't cycle correctly, and sometimes it's a mix of the two (like this morning the light came on for 5 seconds but the plugs did that alternating "long-short" cycle like they're supposed to do).
It's really weird.
